Kaylee Faria

Kaylee Faria, PhD and first-generation college graduate, knows how overwhelming and confusing the path to higher education can be. This personal experience motivated her to team up with Shira to develop our Online College Coaching program, which has been supporting young adults since 2021. Kaylee’s goal is to make the application process more accessible, clear, manageable, and uniquely targeted for students. Kaylee supports students in reaching their version of success, setting them up on their college and career paths. She also helps undergraduate and graduate students balance their academic workload, discover job and internship opportunities, and even navigate the journey toward pursuing advanced degrees. Working from an EF-centered approach, Kaylee’s personalized and targeted technique guides students toward their future with assurance and confidence. Kaylee’s inviting and accessible personality, and immense knowledge of the American and several international college systems empowers students to explore and execute the process.
